Loki. Making this worse for him isn't going to help solve the problem that caused it in the first place. It's not the right fix.

Intercede, don't corrupt. Ask him to play video games, take him for milkshakes.

What he needs is someone who will remind him of reality, I can do so plainly if you prefer.

I'll remind him that Billy Kaplan is married and quite vocal about it and his love for his green blob, who he assuredly loves more than Loki and has firmly made this choice and will always make this choice, with Loki only being an afterthought in the event Billy has no one else, except Billy's a god so he could easily make sure his lover will never die, meaning he'll never need Loki.

No. For one it's a bad plan, for two there's no guaranteeing you won't trigger Billy to retaliate for Loki's sake, and you're not ready for that.
